These Terms and Conditions form the complete agreement between you and Pak Rimi. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm you have read and accepted everything on this page. We've written these in plain English so Pakistani players can actually understand what they're agreeing to — no intentional confusion, no hidden surprises.
These are not substitutes for the full terms below — but they cover the rules Pakistani players most often need to know before they start playing at Pak Rimi.
Pak Rimi is strictly for adults. Anyone under 18 is prohibited from registering, depositing or placing bets. Age verification is required and underage accounts are closed immediately with all funds returned.
Each player may hold only one active Pak Rimi account. Duplicate accounts — even under a different email or phone number — result in suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of any bonuses earned through them.
Every deposit, withdrawal, bonus and bet settlement at Pak Rimi is processed in Pakistani Rupees. No foreign currency conversion, no exchange rate exposure. The PKR amount shown on screen is what you send and receive.
All bonuses at Pak Rimi have attached wagering requirements and validity periods. VIP Club cashback is an exception — it carries no playthrough requirement. Read Section 4 below for the full bonus rules before claiming any offer.
Any attempt to defraud Pak Rimi — including bonus abuse, payment chargebacks without valid grounds, collusion or use of automated betting software — results in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
If you self-exclude from Pak Rimi, that exclusion is final for the period you request. Pak Rimi will not reactivate an excluded account early. Any bonus claims or new registrations during exclusion will be voided.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Pak Rimi ("the Company", "we", "us"). Access to and use of the Pak Rimi platform is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play at Pak Rimi. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions. Pak Rimi reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all bets placed will be voided and all funds will be returned to the original payment source.

The Pak Rimi platform is designed for players based in Pakistan. Access from certain jurisdictions may be restricted or prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure that using Pak Rimi is lawful in your location. Pak Rimi accepts no liability for players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
Each individual player may hold only one active account on Pak Rimi. Opening a second account — whether using the same or different personal details — is a violation of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be suspended, any bonuses claimed through them will be voided, and funds may be withheld pending investigation.
You are required to provide your real full name, valid date of birth, active Pakistani mobile number and a working email address during registration. Pak Rimi may at any time request supporting documents — CNIC, utility bill or bank statement — to verify the information provided. Accounts that fail verification or provide false information will be restricted or closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Pak Rimi login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. Pak Rimi will never ask you for your password via email, chat or telephone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately. Pak Rimi is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain account security.
Pak Rimi is required to verify player identity as part of its compliance obligations. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, proof of address and payment method documentation. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. Pak Rimi reserves the right to delay withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Pak Rimi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. All amounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) throughout. No foreign currency conversion occurs at any stage of a transaction on Pak Rimi.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes by VIP tier:
Pak Rimi reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for KYC verification, fraud investigation or where a payment processor is experiencing technical difficulties. Players will be notified of any such delay.
Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method you have previously used to deposit into your Pak Rimi account. This is a security measure to prevent fraud. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal fees apply to Silver and Gold accounts — Platinum members are exempt from all withdrawal fees. Fee rates are displayed at the point of withdrawal.
By depositing at Pak Rimi, you confirm that the funds you are using are from a legitimate source, belong entirely to you, and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. Pak Rimi may request documentation to verify the source of funds where deposit patterns trigger its compliance monitoring systems.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional credits offered by Pak Rimi are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer. These terms include wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), validity period and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus funds. Players are responsible for reading the individual terms of each bonus before accepting it.
Standard promotional bonuses carry a wagering requirement which must be satisfied before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real money. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games and deadline are stated on each offer page. Wagering on certain games — such as baccarat player/banker bets — may contribute at a reduced percentage towards wagering requirements, as stated in individual bonus terms.
Weekly cashback payments issued through the Pak Rimi VIP Club are credited as real-money balance with no wagering requirement attached. Cashback can be withdrawn immediately or used on any game. Cashback is calculated on net losses only (total losses minus total winnings in the qualifying period) and is not available in weeks where a player has net winnings.
Pak Rimi monitors for bonus abuse including, but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, making low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, and exploiting promotional errors. Any account found to have abused bonus offers will have bonuses and associated winnings voided, and the account may be suspended.
Unused bonus balances expire at the end of their stated validity period. Expired bonuses are removed from accounts automatically. Pak Rimi does not extend bonus validity periods on request unless a technical error on our platform is the cause of the failure to fulfil wagering requirements.
The Pak Rimi VIP Club operates across three tiers — Silver, Gold and Platinum. Every registered account is enrolled at Silver automatically. The following rules apply to VIP Club membership and benefits.
All bets placed on Pak Rimi are subject to the specific rules for each game or sport as displayed on the relevant game or market page. Pak Rimi reserves the right to void bets where a technical error, incorrect odds or rule violation has occurred. In such cases, the staked amount is returned to the player's wallet.
Live dealer games including Baccarat, Teen Patti and Roulette are governed by the rules displayed at each table. In the event of a disconnection mid-round:
Once a bet is placed and confirmed at Pak Rimi, it cannot be cancelled by the player. Requests for cancellation of confirmed bets will not be accommodated unless a clear pricing or rule error on our platform is the cause.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Pak Rimi platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Pak Rimi reserves the right to void all bets, confiscate all balances and close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, without prior notice where the circumstances require immediate action.
Pak Rimi reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
You may close your Pak Rimi account at any time by contacting our support team at support@pakrimi.com. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Where an account is closed by Pak Rimi due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal conduct is suspected, funds may be held indefinitely or reported to relevant authorities. Where no breach is identified after investigation, remaining real-money balances are returned.
Pak Rimi does not accept liability for: losses caused by technical failures outside our control, losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security, losses arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where it is prohibited, or any indirect, consequential or special loss of any kind. Pak Rimi's total liability to any player in any circumstance is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.
Pak Rimi will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages and technical failures may cause temporary unavailability. Pak Rimi will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
If you have a complaint about any bet, transaction or account action at Pak Rimi, you should contact our support team in the first instance at support@pakrimi.com. All complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 5 business days where possible. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, the matter may be escalated to Pak Rimi's formal complaints process, details of which will be provided by support on request. Pak Rimi's decision on disputes is final subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
Pak Rimi collects, stores and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering at Pak Rimi, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy covers what data is collected, how it is used, how it is stored securely and your rights regarding your personal data. Please read it carefully at pakrimi.com/privacy-policy.
Pak Rimi does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services and regulatory bodies where required by law or operational necessity. All data transfers are protected by appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
Pak Rimi reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Pak Rimi platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which Pak Rimi holds its gaming licence. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
These Terms are published in English (en-PK). In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
